Our Guarantee

Easy Tee stands behind the quality of every garment and print we produce. If your order arrives with a defect in printing or garment construction, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full product price — no argument. Postage and processing costs are excluded.

Our garments are made to order using quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. Prints are designed to last the lifetime of the garment. We take pride in what we produce, but some things fall outside our control. We cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or design errors made by the customer
• Poor image quality or low-resolution uploads
• Incorrect options selected by the customer, such as product type or size
• Damage to the garment or print occurring after delivery has been accepted
• Damage deliberately caused to facilitate a return

To get the best result, please review your design carefully before placing your order. In the interest of keeping costs low for our customers, Easy Tee does not proof customer-created designs prior to printing.
