Our Guarantee

Easy Tee stands behind the quality of every garment and print we produce. If your order arrives with a defect in printing or garment construction, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full product price — no argument. Postage and processing costs are excluded.

Our garments are made to order using quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. Prints are designed to last the lifetime of the garment when cared for as instructed. We take pride in what we produce, but some things fall outside our control. We cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or design errors made by the customer
• Poor image quality or low-resolution uploads
• Incorrect options selected by the customer, such as product type or size
• Garments that have been hot washed, tumble dried, or not washed inside out as instructed
• Damage caused by bleaching, fabric softener, dry cleaning, or ironing on the print surface
• Print damage caused by abrasion or friction in the wash — including rubbing against zips, buttons, buckles, rivets, or other hardware, being washed with denim or abrasive fabrics, or washing in an overloaded machine
• General wear, fading, or surface damage to the print that was not present at the time of delivery
• Damage to the garment or print occurring after delivery has been accepted
• Damage deliberately caused to facilitate a return

Any claim relating to the condition of a print after use must be supported by clear photographic evidence and, where requested, the garment made available to us for inspection or test washing. Easy Tee's assessment of the cause, based on that evidence, is final unless independent evidence is provided that contradicts it.

To get the best result, please review your design carefully before placing your order. In the interest of keeping costs low for our customers, Easy Tee does not proof customer-created designs prior to printing.
